Careers

Treat one patient at a time. On purpose.

One patient an hour. No aides running your plan. No double booking. If you got into this to actually treat people, read on.

What the job actually is

You evaluate, you treat, and you keep the same patient through discharge. You get the full hour with them. You write the plan, you adjust the plan, and you decide when it is finished. Nobody hands you a protocol and a productivity target.

We track outcomes with objective testing because it is how we know the plan is working, which also means you get to see your own results in numbers.

We are a growth-minded physical therapy practice with a full-time Physical Therapist opening at our River Forest location. You will work with a wide range of patients, from athletes to seniors, with ongoing access to training, professional development, and current equipment. We are looking for someone who shares that approach and is committed to delivering exceptional care while continuing to grow as a clinician.

Position requirements

  • Full-time licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois, committed to helping patients reach their full potential
  • Some physical therapy experience preferred
  • Comfortable treating a wide variety of patients across different age groups
  • Excellent patient engagement skills and a motivator for the people you treat
  • Strong communication with both patients and peers
  • A team player who backs up colleagues and expects the same in return
  • Genuinely passionate about being a PT, always looking for a better way to help patients

Position rewards

In addition to a rewarding role on a small, hands-on team, we offer:

  • Flexible scheduling, including part-time or full-time depending on what fits your life
  • Competitive base salary and bonus structure, built so you should not need a second job
  • Structured mentorship program with CEU reimbursement
  • Medical coverage
  • Retirement plan with employee matching
  • Accrued PTO
  • Holiday pay

This job tends to be a good fit for someone who is dependable, people-oriented, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

About Our Company

What it's actually like to work here.

We invest in mindset, skillset, and networking development throughout the year. Every provider has access to ongoing continuing education and career development, not just a once-a-year conference.

All clinicians meet monthly for education covering joint mobilizations, neurodynamics, exercise progression and regression, blood flow restriction, and more. Ask other potential employers if they meet this regularly to sharpen clinical skills.

We spend a lot of our lives at work, so we make sure to enjoy it. We believe in working hard, doing a good job, and having fun while we do it.

Whether you are a new grad PT or a customer service standout, there is room to grow here, including into clinic leadership or a profit share over time. Growth is not limited to clinical roles either; there is room in marketing, administration, human resources, and finance too.

If you are looking for a low-effort job you can coast through, this is not the place for you. If you are ready to roll up your sleeves, take on a challenge, and make a real difference for patients, we want to hear from you.
