Accessibility statement.

Last reviewed September 2026. Elevate Physical Therapy and Fitness wants every visitor, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or rely on other assistive technology, to be able to find our services, read about our team, and request an appointment.

Conformance target

This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced in the HHS Section 504 rule and commonly used as the benchmark in ADA Title III web accessibility cases. We do not use an accessibility overlay or widget. Every fix on this site lives in the actual HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Measures we have taken

• A skip link at the top of every page for keyboard users to jump straight to the main content.
• Visible focus outlines on every interactive element, tuned to stay readable on both light and dark sections.
• Real labels, error messages, and required-field handling on every form, including the appointment request form and the insurance benefits check.
• A keyboard-accessible navigation menu, including a mobile menu that traps focus while open and returns you to the menu button when you close it.
• Page content that respects your operating system's reduced motion setting, and that still displays correctly if JavaScript does not load.
• Descriptive alt text on photos, and labeled icons and map embeds.
• Color combinations checked against WCAG's contrast requirements, with fixes applied wherever text fell short.

Known limitations

Our Google reviews are displayed through a third-party widget (Elfsight). We load it only when needed and provide a text fallback with a direct link to our Google reviews, but we cannot guarantee the accessibility of that widget's own internal code, since it is not part of our website.

We review this site on an ongoing basis and welcome the chance to fix anything we have missed.
