Overview
This 4 week program involves the following features designed to help you improve your performance and reduce your injury risk.
- Pre-Program Testing
- Foundation Training: 2 strength exercises, 1 power exercise and 1 plyometric exercise
- Agility Training: 3 exercises that include change of direction without a ball, change of direction with a ball, and agility with a ball.
- Post-Program Testing
