Telehealth is a service that provides rehabilitation over high-resolution video and audio. You consult with an Elevate physical therapist from your home, so you do not need to make a trip to the clinic.

The process is very simple: 

  • We send you a link to enter our virtual “waiting room.”
  • When you click the link, we are notified that you are ready to begin your session. 
  • Your PT will initiate the session which will connect us through video and audio.
  • We evaluate, diagnose, and treat your pain!

Best of all, telehealth is covered by most insurance plans and no referral is needed.
