I experienced a sharp pain in my left calf muscle while I was doing a sprint workout. After a couple days of it not getting better on its own, I reached out to Sean for some advice. He put together a program for me that included stretching and strengthening the muscles in the area. In about a week and a half on his program I was able to run without any pain! Outside of the times I worked with him, Sean checked up on me on multiple occasions to see how I was doing. Dan is the best physical therapist I've ever had. I was training for the marathon and was struggling with plantar fasciitis in my left foot. Not only did Dan help me rid all pain while both running and walking, but he also did so in a way that would also benefit my training for the marathon. He also made sure to get a background on other injuries I had suffered from in the past to take them into account for how to treat my injury as well. The exercises he gave me were perfect for getting back into my running and becoming stronger than I would have been otherwise.
